If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity to these provisions. If you do not agree to these terms, please cease use of our platform immediately.

You agree to access and use our website only for legitimate commercial inquiries and in full compliance with local, national, and international laws. Specifically, you agree not to:

Visual Assets: Logos, custom UI designs, graphics, branding, and color systems.

Code & Logic: Frontend scripts, CSS layout systems, Odoo configuration examples, and custom UI components.

Written Content: Service documentation, industry briefs, blog posts, and architectural templates.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from the Epilytix executive team.

#CONTRACT-PRECEDENCE

4. Project Agreements & Precedence

These website Terms of Service apply only to the use of this public website and general consultation inquiries.

All formal software engineering engagements, Odoo ERP deployments, custom dashboard constructions, and consulting services are governed by separate, legally binding master services agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).

In the event of a conflict between these website Terms of Service and an active corporate MSA or SOW, the provisions of the specific MSA and SOW shall always take precedence.

#LIABILITY-LIMITS

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This website and all general blueprints or educational content provided on it are delivered on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Epilytix disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of business profits, data corruption, network downtime, or system failures resulting from your use or inability to use this platform.

For formal service deliverables, the limitation of liability is strictly capped and defined in the respective project statements of work (SOW).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, and any non-contractual disputes arising from the use of this website, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be settled in the competent courts located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
